How to play

The board is a stack of Moshies heads hanging from the ceiling. You fire one head at a time from the bottom of the screen. Clear every head to win. If the stack reaches the red danger line, the game is over.

Action Mouse Touch Keyboard
Aim Move the pointer Drag ← → (2° per press)
Fire Click and release Lift your finger Space
Pause ❚❚ button ❚❚ button Esc

The shot fires when you release, so you can press, adjust your aim, then let go. A short arrow shows the direction. There is no full trajectory guide, so bank shots are on you.

If you switch to another tab, the game pauses itself.

  1. Match 3 or more. When your shot touches a group of the same head and the group reaches three or more, they all pop.
  2. Drop the rest. Any head that is no longer connected to the ceiling after a pop falls off the board. Dropped heads are worth more than popped ones.
  3. Bounce off the walls. Shots bounce off the left and right sides. A shot stops when it hits the ceiling or another head, and snaps into the nearest gap.
  4. Watch the danger meter. A shot that pops nothing is a miss. Each miss fills one pip on the danger meter (bottom right). When the meter is full, the ceiling drops one row and the meter empties. A shot that makes a match also empties it.
  5. Don’t touch the line. If any head ends up on the red danger line, the game is over.

You can see the head you’re about to fire and the one after it (marked NEXT). All six head types can come up as shots, even if fewer types are left on the board.

Hover over the danger meter to see Misses: x/y. At y the ceiling drops.

When you clear a Classic level you see your score, the clean-clear bonus, and your total. From there: Next level, Replay for a better score, or Menu.

When you lose you can Retry, go back to the Menu, or, outside the Daily, spend 2 Embers on Continue. See Continues for what that does to your score.

Every result screen has share buttons: Post on 𝕏 and Share image (or Save image where your browser can’t share files). The image is a score card you can post anywhere.

  • Aim for drops. Popping three heads that hold up a big cluster scores far more than popping heads one group at a time.
  • Use the NEXT preview to plan two shots ahead.
  • Keep an eye on the danger meter before a risky bank shot. On later levels the limit is only two misses.
